Our clients loved their 1840s home but needed more space to host family from out of town. The exterior had mismatched siding, and the interior lacked flow. We added a garage with an in-law suite and a roof deck above, balancing the exterior and creating an inviting space. Inside, we reconfigured the first floor to create an open, stunning kitchen. A mix of period-appropriate materials and modern touches suited both the home’s history and the clients' design sensibilities.
