Masters Touch Design Build is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about our services, explore our projects, and get in touch with us regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.
Our Commitment
We work to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
What We Do
To support accessibility, we work to:
- Use clear, descriptive headings and page structure
- Provide meaningful alternative text for images where appropriate
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Support keyboard navigation throughout the Site
- Design forms that can be completed by assistive technologies
- Test our Site with modern browsers and screen readers
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website and work with our development partners to identify and address accessibility issues. As we add new content, redesign pages, or introduce new features, we work to preserve and improve accessibility.
Known Limitations
Some content on our Site may not yet be fully accessible, including:
- Older photographs, floor plans, or project images that may lack detailed alternative text
- Third-party embedded content, such as videos, social media feeds, or review widgets, which are controlled by outside providers
- PDF documents produced before our current accessibility standards were adopted
We are working to address these areas over time. If you encounter content you cannot access, please contact us using the details below and we will do our best to provide the information in an accessible format.
Compatibility
Our Site is designed to work with the most recent versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and common screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver). Older browsers or software may not fully support all accessibility features.

If you experience difficulty using any part of our Site, have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, or would like to request information in an alternative format, please let us know:
