Masters Touch Design Build is excellent! We've worked with Masters Touch to do several projects on our antique house including converting our three season porch to a year round office, transforming our attic, rebuilding our cedar bulkhead, burying our overhead electrical service, and building an extensive addition including a family apartment (ADU) for our aging parents. MT is easy to work with and collaborated well with us through the entire process. This included architecture/design, selections, preparing us for the build process, and actual construction. The MT team is full of competent, honest, good people you can't help but enjoy working with. The end result is a terrific finished product that meets our expectations, looks great, and left nothing but positive memories of working with the Master Touch team! Big shout outs to Doug (owner), Jake (project manager), and the entire MT team for their design/build excellence! We had an outstanding experience with Master's Touch after a flood damaged our first-floor kitchen and bathroom, and they later finished our basement as well. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly professional and supportive. Doug, the owner, truly went above and beyond to help our family navigate a stressful situation. Alex, the designer, brought our vision for the basement to life perfectly — it turned out even better than we imagined. The quality of work from Karac, one of their trade partners, was exceptional and really shows in every detail. After such a difficult experience, we now feel so comfortable in — and proud of — our home again. We're incredibly grateful and highly recommend them.

We recently completed a project with MT at our home in Westwood. The project itself was somewhat bespoke — we moved the laundry from our kitchen and turned an unused room upstairs into a laundry room, replaced the space in the kitchen with new cabinetry, and split a large second bedroom into one smaller bedroom and another office/guest room. Nancy was very helpful through the design phase; very responsive, creative and understanding of our budgetary constraints. It was clear she was very experienced and in sync with the construction team. When it came to the actual work, we couldn't be happier with Shane and Eric. They were extremely hard working, attentive to detail, clean, trustworthy, respectful and communicative. Throughout the process, they were so kind to our young son, dog and cat, even scheduling their lunch breaks around our son's nap time. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Masters Touch for any home renovations.

Masters Touch has transformed a dingy, out-dated, crowded and uncomfortable space into an open, modern, and beautiful kitchen and living area. The project took longer than expected and came out a little higher priced than was originally noted, but we are head over heels with the outcomes. Gratitude to Dan and his team and Shannon the designer. I'm a repeat customer with Master's Touch - having them renovate a ground floor family room, garage, and half-bath that was damaged with bath water. They went above and beyond to negotiate with the insurance company and then to ultimately build a beautiful area that makes me proud to show off. I would repeat again.

Dan has been an amazing Project Manager in helping us through our total first floor renovations including kitchen and bath/laundry room. He has been there every step of the way answering our questions and helping us see the finished product even before the work was done. His attention to detail matched my own so any area that I had a concern about, Dan quickly resolved. The dedication of Dan and Sayar and the entire team to work together so consistently to button up all of final touches is very much appreciated. I highly recommend Masters Touch for any Home Improvement project since they will send very dedicated and hard working employees and sub contractors to provide an amazing outcome that will exceed expectations. I have had great experiences with Masters Touch over the years. Since the fall of 2002, Doug Masters and his team have completed a kitchen remodel, installed new windows, installed flooring, interior and exterior painting, carpentry work, new roof and three new skylights. The new roof and skylights were installed in October of this year and I am very pleased with the results. It's always a pleasure doing business with Masters Touch as they perform excellent work and are professional throughout. I plan to do more business with Masters Touch in early 2026. I highly recommend Masters Touch.

Very pleased with the quality of the work done by Masters Touch in our remodel. 1940s house with lots of "discoveries" along the way (asbestos, improper structural framing, nothing square, narrow spaces etc). Brigid was great at the design stage; Shane and Yoni were excellent site supervisors; the finish trim quality and quality of all the subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering, tiling and the like was universally high. More to the point, as issues came up (which are inevitable in an older house — there were many) they had the experience and "make it right" attitude to nevertheless lead to an excellent final product. Process was long, and cost not inconsiderable, but in the end all that is forgotten as we enjoy our new space.

We worked with Master's Touch to redesign our kitchen, which previously had a layout that made the usable space feel very cramped with a lot of wasted area on the other side of the peninsula. Our designer, Shannon, came up with a plan that completely transformed the space and addressed all of our priorities. She was supportive, professional, and an excellent communicator throughout the process. Shannon helped us understand the reasoning behind her recommendations and narrowing down choices based on our preferences. The design process went smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Shane, our site supervisor, was fantastic to work with during the build. He was a constant presence, keeping us informed about timelines and next steps, and took great care to protect the rest of our home while we lived through construction. His friendly, patient, and organized approach gave us confidence that everything was in good hands. Shane always responded quickly to any questions or updates. All of the subcontractors we met were friendly, professional, hardworking, and clearly took great pride in their work. The project was completed ahead of schedule and just under budget, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Our overall experience with Master's Touch was outstanding, and we'd highly recommend them for any design or construction project. Our family is thrilled with our new kitchen and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!
