After living in this home with the original kitchen for over 20 years, our clients at Project Hunters were ready for a change. The kitchen was not only dated and dysfunctional but also challenging for entertaining—a major problem for this family that hosts an annual fish fry! By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, removing the peninsula, reconfiguring the windows, and adding an island and dry bar, we transformed this kitchen into a space perfect for gatherings, big and small.
