I appreciate all that you are doing to get us back into the house! I know that Derek is killing himself trying to get the inside of the house ready for us. I can't tell you enough how grateful I am that you chose Derek to work on this project. It was a big project and it was complicated.
He is an outstanding caring person. He is the kind of worker that Doug describes when he talks about the people who work for him as quality people, hard worker, cares so much about the job and building relationships. 
He is a perfect representative for a company like Masters touch. I know, I worked with him every day. Every time there was a problem, he would design a way around it. I could go down a long list of things that were handed to him that needed someone of his skill and intelligence to fix or make work because we designed it a certain way, and he so often fixed it without even letting me know how difficult a problem it was to solve. I didn't have to worry about this project. He was on it. He answered every question I had, and the quality of his and Jorge's work is outstanding!

Overall the job came out great!  Trevor, Jake, and Nancy were fantastic.  

I was impressed that workers were here every day, even during major snowstorms, of which there were many during my project.  Trevor was fantastic:  He didn't necessarily tell me what I wanted to hear all the time but rather what I needed to know, even if I wasn't going to be thrilled.  He's very good at coming up with creative solutions to issues and will go the extra mile to make sure items get addressed.  Nancy was very helpful . . . suggesting options and keeping me on schedule/within budget.  Jake answered my many questions on the design.  I was very happy with the team.

Hi Masters Touch Team,

Amy and I would like to thank you for the professional work you have done to the house, from Doug to Alex, Jake, and most importantly Trevor, Jorge, Bill and his team! You guys made a perfect kitchen for us that has perfectly realized what I have envisioned -- the whole kitchen fits so nicely that we sometime felt that it has been like this for a long time!

The project was particularly challenging because of this once in a life time snow season: I remembered that Bill and his crews were still nailing down the sidings when the first big storm hit us---that's so crucial because we never saw the deck after we came back from our Turkey trip at the end of March :)

I am sure that we will find things here and there for retouch or maybe some fix even though I can't see anything now. And I am sure that you will get it handled perfectly as well if it comes up.

Thanks again and next time when you are stopping by, I will be happy to hand you a cup of cappuccino or even a nice sizzling steak!

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Masters Touch and felt we needed to send you a letter to let you know how happy we are with both the process and the finished product. 

EVERYONE we dealt with from your company was excellent to work with; Nancy, Trevor, Jose, James, and the wallboard and plastering team. We were also very impressed with Wally, the plumber and Scott, the electrician. Calls and emails were returned, people let us know when work was going to be done, and the people doing the work came at the time they were supposed to. Everyone was respectful of our house and treated it as if they were working in their own home. Tools and dirt were picked up at the end of each day and drop cloths were always present. Nancy gave us some excellent suggestions and worked seamlessly with us even though we were away for a significant portion of the early stages. Trevor was the onsite supervisor and was an absolute joy to work with. Jose did an amazing job painting everything and we enjoyed having him in our house. It is comforting to know that quality work and good business practices and people are very much alive in the remodeling industry. I'll tell ya...this snow sucks! It took me an hour and a half to get to work. But your guys were great this morning. They started to arrive just as I started to snowblow the driveway and when I turned around all 3 of them had grabbed shovels and started shoveling the driveway. I told them they didn't have to do that but they just kept shoveling.

I've told you I think they're a really good bunch of guys but stuff like that really impresses me...and I really appreciated the help.

Hi Doug,

The deck looks fabulous and the lamppost has made a big difference coming down that driveway, especially with the end of daylight savings time. Jamie and Scott did such a good job with all the construction work. Extra kudos to them for putting up with the rock-filled terrain for that lamp post. I appreciate Jamie letting me know each day what to expect. He and Scott represented Masters Touch very professionally and it is what Greg and I appreciate when we come to you for renovation projects.
I had my doubts if the painting was going to get finished before the weather turned, especially when we were without electricity for a few days. But Willie and his team proved me wrong. They worked so efficiently and there's not a drop of paint anywhere where it shouldn't be! And the icing on the cake was that the windows were cleaned at the end of the job. Ya-hoo yippidy, I don't have to do that job before decorating for the holidays this year!
This is why we like dealing with you Doug. We know that the people you send to our home will be friendly and professional and they are the best at what they do.

Thanks for fixing our bathroom. Dan was great to work with and did a terrific job. As always, Peter (and Steve) did a great job on the moldings. The ceiling looks awesome; you would never know that it once was a gaping hole. I also appreciate you following up on the lifting wallpaper.
Almost forgot, Peter did a great job at repairing the exterior wood, particularly happy with his improvement on the front door molding. That has always looked awkward, it now looks right.

Not only that, but when there was a tad amount of mess on the living room floor, one of the gentlemen asked Pete for an extra broom. Pete told him that we didn't have one, but he'd dig out the vacuum cleaner after they left. The response was, "Where is the vacuum? I'll do it." And he did. I can't think of a nicer person than that, willing to go out of his way to help Pete. Please thank both gentlemen for me personally.

I have been meaning to give you feedback on how your team did recently with the painting of my fence and the exterior of my home. THEY DID GREAT! Specifically...They were very neat and organized with their supplies. Never was there anything in my way as they were working. They were extremely polite and so flexible. When they were finished it literally looked like little fairies had painted the house and fence. There was not a drop of mislaid paint - anywhere! How did they do that? I can't touch up paint my basement steps without getting it all over the place. And Vinny worked long hours to get the carpentry just right on the house. He even went the extra mile to restore the front door area of the house to the original look. Thank you Vinny! Really, you have a great, reliable team there. I was so glad they were the assigned work team.

I called Pompanoosuc Mills today about our table as Dean said the kitchen will be wrapped up next week. I scheduled it to be delivered mid September based on when the kitchen was expected to be done. I asked if it could be pushed up because our kitchen was going to be ready early. The person laughed heartily and said that that is the first time ever that someone has told him that their kitchen would be done earlier than expected. He then asked for the name of our contractor, which I gave to him. Just wanted to share the story.

My father always said, "When you get the very best, you will never be disappointed," and that is just what I got when I had Masters Touch remodel my kitchen. Everything from the design to the completion was absolutely perfect.

Working with the designer was easy and enjoyable. Many ideas were given and implemented. The demolition was messy as expected, but the crew left the job site neat and tidy at the end of every day. The installation team that installed the cabinets was terrific. Everything was perfectly leveled and squared. The electrical work was done neatly and cleanly with lots of new outlets. I just wanted to send a quick note to you thanking you again for all of the help you and your team have provide to us over the years.

As I think back, it's been almost 20 years that we have been using your services and each job has been done superbly.  You have essentially worked on just about everything from the top of the house to the bottom.  Doing a quick mental inventory, you and your team have:

 1. Put on a new roof, including a water shield.
 2. Replaced the attic insulation with an energy efficient foam.
 3. Repainted just about every room and ceiling in the house (a few several times as we changed color schemes).
 4. Installed carpeting in the third floor family room, master bedroom, and basement.
 5. Completely remade the master bathroom
 6. Installed a new floor and wall tile in the bathroom on the second floor.
 7. Installed a fantastic cherry wood closet system in the master bedroom walk in closet.
 8. Replaced a portion of, and refinished the wood floor in the kitchen.
 9. Installed a new marble floor in the entrance way.
 10. Rebuilt the portico on the front porch.
 11. Completely finished the basement, including installing a full bath, a bed room (with the "Weston window"), a family room, and a wine cellar.
 12. Remade the first floor family room, including installing a new wide plank wood floor.
 13. Installed several replacement windows.
 14. Installed new sliding doors to the deck.
 15. Repainted the whole outside of the house ( a few times) and maintained the woodwork over the years.
 16. Several plumbing and electrical projects and a number of minor repair projects as well.
I am sure I have forgotten a few things, but as I said, each job turned out great.  In addition, I really have been impressed by how you stand behind your work and your personal oversight to making sure that a quality job is done.
